Academic Statement
(250 words maximum) Describe your academic interests and pursuits. If applicable, include your college plans, the fields you hope to study, and the career path you aspire to follow.
Letter of Recommendation
Include one letter of recommendation from someone who can speak to both your academic performance and your contributions to service.
